We’ve towed thousands of crashed cars over the years, so if you’ve been in an accident, don’t worry because our friendly and professional team of towing experts will take care of everything for you.
If the accident is serious, there is doubt as to who is at fault or if anyone is injured, you need to call the Police immediately on 111. Once you’ve done that or if it’s minor, phone us on 0800 869829 and we’ll advise you what to do next, from making a claim to getting you and your car to safety.
What Happens next?
We’ll send one of our tow trucks out and tow your car to the repairer. If you need a lift somewhere, tell us because in many cases we can get you to where you need to be. 24 hour towing is available on request.
If you haven’t contacted your insurance company, do that now and take a note of your claim number.
If you’ve got a lift home, take everything you need from your car, but don’t worry if you can’t get everything because you, or your representative will still be able to access your vehicle from our towing yard near Rangiora.
Your car will either be towed direct to the panelbeater, or we’ll be asked to tow it to our secure storage facility.
Once you’ve made your claim, the insurance company will send an assessor who will decide whether it can be repaired or will be written off. If it’s written off, you still have the option of purchasing it back, otherwise it will be towed to disposal, so make sure you’ve got everything you want.

Can you tow a car that can’t be driven?
Yes. If your vehicle has accident damage, flat tyres, damaged suspension, locked steering, is stuck in park, or cannot roll freely, we can usually still help. Tell us what has happened when you call so we can bring the right equipment and advise on the best recovery option.
