Ashley’s Tow Taxi provides vehicle transport and car relocation services throughout North Canterbury, Christchurch and wider Canterbury.
We regularly move vehicles for workshop and repair appointments, purchases and sales, storage, restoration projects, compliance or certification, deceased estates and situations where driving the vehicle isn’t practical or desirable.
We can transport running or non-running vehicles and work out the most suitable loading method for the vehicle involved.
From one-off moves to regular workshop transfers, we take care of everything.

We can relocate cars, classics, project vehicles, non-running vehicles and other vehicles that need to be moved safely from one place to another. This can include private addresses, workshops, storage facilities, dealerships and event locations.

Yes. If you’ve bought a vehicle privately or through a dealer, we can collect it and deliver it to your home, workshop or another agreed location.

Not always. If access and keys have been arranged in advance, we can often collect the vehicle without you being present. We can confirm the details with you when you book.

Yes. Non-running and immobilised vehicles are a normal part of what we do. Let us know what condition the vehicle is in so we can bring the right equipment.

Yes. We regularly transport classic and enthusiast vehicles and take extra care with low, valuable or unusual vehicles. If your vehicle needs special handling, tell us when you book.

Yes. We regularly move vehicles between homes, workshops, panelbeaters, auto electricians and other repairers, including vehicles that can’t be safely driven.

We work throughout North Canterbury, Christchurch and wider Canterbury, and longer-distance moves can be arranged. Give us the pickup and delivery locations and we can let you know what’s practical.
